(Wayland, Mich.) – Gun Lake Casino will partner with Michigan Blood to host its third blood drive of the year. The blood drive will be held on Wednesday, June 29, 2016 at the casino in Wayland, Mich.
“Every two seconds, someone needs blood – this means the need for blood never ends. During the summer months or over long holiday weekends, blood donations tend to be low,” said Amy Rotter, community outreach and partner relations coordinator for Michigan Blood. “We appreciate our partnership with Gun Lake Casino, which consistently holds blood drives every two months for their guests. Regular blood drives such as these help us maintain an adequate supply so that blood is always available for people in need.”
The blood drive will take place from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. at the casino’s south entrance. As a special thank you, each donor will receive a certificate for $10 in free slot play, which can be redeemed at the casino’s Rewards Center.Gun Lake Casino Contact
